New to skating, or ready for a fresh start? In this 2.5 hour workshop, we focus on the four skills that make everything else possible: starting, stopping, and turning. No pressure, no rushing, and no one watching to see if you fall. Everyone goes at their own comfort level.Ages: 18+Skates: Marysville Skate Center has quad skates you can borrow. Please bring your own safety gear (wrist guards, helmet, and pads are encouraged).Next step: This workshop sets you up for our next Jam Foundations session, where we start adding dance moves.

What to bring
Helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads are required. Skates are available to borrow for beginner and foundation classes.
Before you book
All classes are for skaters 18 and older. Your spot is reserved after full payment and a signed Liability Waiver are received. Registration closes when the class is full or 24 hours before the first class. Participant cancellations are non-refundable. Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or a future session. Missed classes cannot be made up or credited unless canceled by the instructor. Waitlists are free. If a spot opens, you have 24 hours to accept and pay in full.
