Jam Skate Foundations

Jam Skate Foundations is your first step into jam skating, the playful, groove-driven style of dance on roller skates. Each class breaks down beginner-friendly moves into simple pieces, so you can build rhythm, balance, and confidence while having fun.

You’ll learn:

• Foundational jam moves like strut walks, dips, and crescent steps
• Balance and weight shifting that make every move feel smoother
• How to move to the beat and add your own style
• Simple ways to link moves together into your own flow

No dance experience needed. This class is for skaters who can stand up and roll forward and want to start moving with the music. We keep the focus on jam moves and creativity, with a supportive, low-pressure vibe.
